Pool Beauty!!!

Rylynne & I went to the pool for the first time this year today. She loves water. She really enjoyed splashing her shovel around. I could tell she was a little uneasy about getting too deep, but I am sure it will only take a few trips before I have to really start watching her.



Rylynne is now 14 months and into EVERYTHING. This morning I was folding clothes in her room. She was playing with her toys being so good. I turned around to put something up and next thing I knew she was gone. I found her in the bathroom dipping two of her books in the toilet. haha



An update on her little sister: We have the name picked out! Sydney Helen Scharlow. Of course we will just call her Sydney. Helen is a family name with my family & Shawna's. She seems to really be growing now (or at least my belly is!) I have a little over 3 months left and she will be here!

This was her first time in a swimsuit last year......I can't believe how much she has grown!

Older Boys.....

I just saw these on my camera from a couple of weekends ago. We cooked out with Joseph & Carrie Phillips and their boys Sam & Eli. Rylynne & Eli are 1 week apart and Sam is about 18 months older than them. Poor Eli wasn't feeling too good that night so he didn't make it in any of the pictures. Rylynne & Sam had a good time though. He even gave picked her a flower when they were outside. She just might be into those older boys! haha

Treats

Rylynne has discovered where Suzie's treats are! If the pantry door is ever left cracked you are sure to find her in there getting Suzie a couple of treats! haha Suzie loves it. She has gotten more treats in the past week than she has in several months!

Her own little table....

I recently started doing Rylynne's snacks at her little table she got from Grandma & Papa for her birthday. She loves it! She now crawls up in the chair during the day from time to time and points to the counter where her snacks usually sit. We are having a little trouble with Suzie sometimes thinking the snacks are for her too. The table is just the right size for her too! haha As you can see from this picture we had been home all day and made it a "Just Diaper" day. Rylynne loves those days!

Mother's Day 2010

We didn't do too great this year with alot of Mother's Day pictures. Here are a few. We had a great day. Dinner at my parent's house and Shawna's parents came too! Then we just relaxed with a little fishing.

We Have a Walker!

This past weekend Rylynne really started to get the hang of walking. She is walking quite a bit now. She still finds it fast to crawl sometimes!

Growing up too fast!

Rylynne is now 13 months. Over the past month she has really started to loose that baby look. She is still into everything, but also learning to do new things! She is still not walking, although she has taken several steps while I was waiting on photos to upload. It will not be long! She just doesn't have that confidence built up yet! She now likes to try to feed herself and she loves to sit in her chair. There is a little independence starting to show through.

Her little sister will be here in about 4 months! Time is going by fast! My mom & I went and looked at baby beds yesterday. I started going through baby cloths today to see what she will be able to wear of Rylynne's. I know time is going to sneak up on me, so I figured I better get busy. We are still working on the name.
